Custom Pool Purchase Policy

At Arzmon Group LLC, we specialize in premium custom-designed pools manufactured to each client’s specifications. Every project is tailored to the customer’s selected dimensions, finishes, features, and style preferences. Because of the personalized nature of our products, the following purchase policy applies to all custom pool orders.

1. Project Consultation & Quotation

Each project begins with a consultation to define design preferences, dimensions, finishes, accessories, delivery requirements, and site considerations. After review, a formal quotation will be provided.

Quotes are valid for 7 calendar days unless otherwise stated.

2. Deposit & Order Confirmation

To secure production and initiate manufacturing, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project amount is required.

Production scheduling, engineering coordination, and material sourcing begin once the deposit has been received and the order is confirmed.

3. Design Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all final specifications before production begins, including but not limited to:

Dimensions
Color selections
Interior / exterior finishes
Acrylic windows (if applicable)
Entry steps / benches
Equipment selections
Optional upgrades

Written approval confirms authorization to begin manufacturing.

4. Changes After Approval

Clients may request revisions within 72 hours of written approval, provided production has not yet started.

Once manufacturing begins, changes may:

Result in additional charges
Extend lead times
Be limited or unavailable depending on production stage

5. Production & Delivery Timeline

Estimated lead time is generally approximately 8 weeks (2 months) including production and delivery preparation, subject to:

Manufacturing schedules
Material availability
Transportation scheduling
Weather conditions
Regulatory or permit delays
Other circumstances beyond our control

All timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

6. Final Payment

Remaining balances must be paid in full prior to shipment release, delivery scheduling, or transfer of ownership unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Because each pool is custom-built specifically for the client:

Deposits are non-refundable once design approval is completed and production has begun.
Orders canceled after production starts may be subject to partial or full loss of payments made depending on costs incurred.
Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined based on the production stage and unrecoverable expenses already committed.

8. Shipping, Inspection & Damage Claims

Clients must inspect the product upon delivery.

Any visible damage, shortages, or delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and written notice.

Failure to report within this period may limit available claim options.

9. Installation & Site Preparation

Unless expressly included in writing, pricing does not include:

Site preparation
Permits
Crane service
Electrical work
Plumbing connections
Concrete / decking
Landscaping
Installation labor

Clients are responsible for verifying local codes and site readiness.

10. Warranty & Support

Applicable warranties, if offered, will be provided in writing based on the selected product and components.

11. Limitation of Liability

Arzmon Group LLC shall not be liable for delays or additional costs caused by weather, force majeure events, third-party transportation providers, site inaccessibility, permit issues, or client-requested changes.

12. Acceptance of Terms

Payment of deposit and order confirmation constitutes acceptance of this Custom Pool Purchase Policy.
